Armed Patrol Officer

The purpose of this position is to conduct vehicle patrols of client sites on an assigned beat (territory) to ensure security and respond to client alarms.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drive-by visual inspections of client properties and when warranted or requested, perform physical inspections of windows, doors, gates etc.
• Parking enforcement.
• Respond to client alarms.
• Inspect client premises during absences and collect newspapers and/or mail.
• Prepare daily activity reports.
• Prepare incident reports when necessary.
• Responsible for vehicle inspections, documenting and communicating any issues.
• Perform other related functions as requested by a Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Current Guard Card, Firearms Permit, and Chemical Agent or Baton Permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Great customer service and communication skills.
• Available to work Swing or Graveyard shifts and Weekends.
• Ability to walk, stand and/or drive up to 10 hours.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Field Training Officer (FTO)

This is a unique position requiring the right individual to work as an FTO in our Dispatch, Guard and Patrol departments.

Responsibilities:

• Must become familiar with all patrol beats, guard posts and dispatch responsibilities.
• Train and evaluate employees in the respective departments.
• Coordinate training.

Requirements:

• Have a current Guard Card, Firearms Permit, and Chemical Agent or Baton Permit.
• Clean driving record.
• Have previous experience working in a leadership role.
• Be disciplined, detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize tasks.
• Have a professional demeanor and communication style.
• Comfortable working with multiple software programs.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
